Actual Play Producer

Behind every Actual Play and TTRPG-related stream, is someone juggling schedules, making spreadsheets, creating graphic assets, setting up tech for streaming or recording, doing marketing and being a cheerleader and safety liaison for the cast at the table.Aida, as an experienced AP Producer and AP Project Manager, is often that person. The APs that she manages include a foundation in Safety Tools and inclusion, where POC cast members and diverse stories are prioritized.

Some of Aida's most memorable projects include:Roll For Good - May 2023
While Team Lead for Social Media, Aida also took charge of production, securing partnerships ($950 donation from GenCon), video editing, creating content (interviewed Jasper Cartwright) and constantly calling for increased diversity at the tables.
Women in Gaming - March 2024
As part of a two-person team, Aida ran a month-long event uplifting women & femmes in TTRPG. 51 unique participants across 15 streams, 76% outside the U.S., 41% identified as POC. She was involved at every single step. The event was both sponsored and supported charity.
Roll Initiative Con - March 2024
RINCON is a Dutch TTRPG convention in its second year. Aida was loud in her feedback about more representation and accessibility for minority groups. As such, Aida was invited as a panelist (and personally made sure she wasn't the only POC there) to discuss accessibility in at the table. Oh, she also ran Alien RPG later and killed all the PCs. That's a good thing!
